-Pre-Project Requirements
I like happy clients and found these basic rules ensure project success:
1. Project Spec or RFP document with a stated budget range required to ask for any bid of development services. If no document exists than you agree to a weekly charge of $3800 to have such a document completed with that expense paid by you, the client, in advance.
2. No job/gig post bait switch games. If you cannot tell the truth in a job or gig ad post than you will not be happy with my truth telling skills and I prefer things that work for users of software and software services and truth telling does working in those areas.
3. You understand and acknowledge that the industry standard for mobile application projects of this nature require, once project development times are fully estimated, an advance and usually the balance as net 30 after project completion.
